Check to see if the rubber door stops are missing....I was missing one on the passenger side door, and had a rattle on that side. They are half way down the main door and are triangular in shape. I have the regular cab, with small "half rear" doors.
Replaced it, rattle stopped.
Also for those who have their jacks in the passenger side panel (regular cabs only?), check that the jack is snug; I turned the up/down nut to make the jack snug in this compartment.

Yeah...Bucko is correct...these fall off when I'm washing my truck ...found them in the driveway after detailing.

mine is the extended cab and it has this rattle on the passenger side. BUT mine has the little rubber cone triangles your talking about on both sides.
I was really hoping it would be missing so i could get rid of the rattling every time i go over a bump

Mine extended cab rattles on the passenger side too but the bump has to be big. It sounds like it's the back door. The rubber stopper is there. Once I thought I had one on the drivers door and in turned out to be a flashlight in the door pocket.

I wouldnt think a 4 year old truck would rattle that much but it sure does.
