Replaced fuse block
I just finished a pretty thorough tune-up. 8 new spark plugs, 8 new coil packs, 8 new fuel injectors, new fuel filter, cleaned throttle body and MAF sensor, new battery, new air filter. Everything is running great. No codes, no dash lights, smooth idle. Feels like a new truck. Only problem is, after replacing the battery, and reconnecting the PCM, the only thing not working are the power windows and radio. Power door locks still work... just not the power windows on both sides. Radio unit is back-lit, and will take and eject a CD, but won't turn on. I cannot figure it out. Read all I could. Pulled every related fuse I could think of. All good. Bench tested the 30A circuit breaker and it's good. Reset the computer again... not that either. None of relays seem to be related to this issue, so I don't believe it's a relay. Any thoughts? Any ideas would be appreciated. Please. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the well wishes!
After more testing and reading, I'm pretty convinced it's the accessory relay in the instrument cluster. I'm getting ready to send it to circuitboardmedics.com . They quoted me a fix for $149. One day turnaround, shipped back for free. I'll let you know how it goes.

I just solved the problem of none of the windows working on a 2006 F150 4 door.
I had checked the accessory delay relay and fuse, no results.
SO, I pulled the rubber casing in the driver door apart and yes, 2 broken wires that control the drivers window and rear windows.
Well fixing that made the drivers windows work but not totally the rear windows, so I pulled the rubber casing in the door of the rear doors
and found 2 wires on one side and 1 on the other side broken.. fix 'em and all is good.
Here is a wiring diagram I used to find out how it all works.
