4x4 problem
Hey Folks!
I read a ton of posts about 4x4 trouble and still need some help. When I turn the **** to shift into 4WD I get nothing. No shift, no lights, no nothing. I used to have to tap my transfer case motor, so I replaced it. Still no 4WD. I checked my fuses and they are all good. I bought a relay and swapped it into the 4X4 CW and 4X4 CCW slots with no luck. I looked at my IWE selenoid and unhooked the vacuum lines. The bottom line was drawing vacuuum. When I plugged the bottom one back in vacuum was drawn through the top hole. Not sure if that is correct.
I am scratching my head wondering if I put those two wires from the transfer case into the correct holes on the transfer case motor plug. One is a ground and one is coming from inside the transfer case. One is brownish and one is black...does anyone know which holes they go into? I am doubting my work I guess.
I just had the dealership replace parts of my clutch...could they have unplugged something?
Anyway....any help would be GREAT!!!
