The m3's sound good. I like them better than the w3's I had before these and I was a big JL guy since high school. they also perform pretty good under the rear seat I highly recommend them. No sorry no sound clips

I bought a prefab box for a single 10" and bought a Rockford R2SD2-10 slim mount sub from sonicelectronix. The box fits under the seat behind the driver and over the hump. The amp is under the seat on pass side. Not booming, but good bottom thump.

And this sub for it: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113XRW1...n-XR-W12F.html

I have read nothing but great things about that sub and I found it on Amazon for $90.

I am expecting it to be a killer combo for only $160.

As soon as the box gets here I will let you know how they sound together. I am just using an old 800w sony amp that I have had forever so I have no help for you there.
When you get this box in do you think you could get me some measurements? ive searched around for them but no luck yet. Thanks

Yea no problem. I should be getting it this week, but it is being dropped shipped from the manufacturer and that sometimes takes a while.

What exactly is the point of such a big box for one sub? Does the amp go inside the box too?

Id like to put a sub in my truck and use the factory deck and factory speakers too.

Its easy.. if you buy a kit it will most likly include
-Power wire (fat red one)
-Ground wire (black wire )
-RCA cable
-remote wire (thin gauge blue wire)
-Fuse ( will connect to the power)

So first run you power wire from you battery to your amp, Be sure to connect the fuse. Then conect it to your amp, look for some metal surface and ground your wire then connect it to the amp. Run the remote from your stereo the the amp along with the RCA.. I think thats it..
