Default Disable the dash chime

Like the title states how can a guy disable the dash chime?? 2005 F150 4.6l. I'm tired of hearing it and won't hurt my feelings to never hear it again. Thanks.

I have a obd2 to USB cable with Forscan

you can program off seatbelt chime (in manual), but i’ve not heard of total disable feature.

what is causing yours to chime so much?

The trans temp sensor. I'm not ripping that apart to fix it. Truck shifts just fine. It only comes on when I'm going slow. Get back on it and it's gone

The LCD in the dash says trans fault and a little chime goes off. I'm not about to rip the transmission apart to fix that. I'd rather pull the chime out and go along with my day
