Default custom center consoles

I have a 2004 f150 and it has the bench seat in the middle of the front seats and i took it out the other day and i would like to build a custom center console with mdf wood. I was wondering if anyone has done this and has some pictures for ideas of how to design and build one.
thanks

if you have the 40/20/40, you can get an OEM console and it bolts in...

Do you know if something like this would work and fit? Thanks for all the help.

no, thats the style for the floor shift models, the big oval hole is were the shifter goes.it will not fit unless you change everything.

I switched the jump seat with the OEM console and it is alot better IMO. If you want something simple then thats they way to go unless u fabricate your own.
