I have a 2007 f-150 XL recently did the cruise control mod. It works fine but it doesn't light up at night. I used a motorcraft part is this the norm or is something wrong? The light comes on when I set the cruise. What I mean is when the headlights are on at night the steering wheel controls don't light up
