Default Cranks but Fuel Pump does not come on.

My truck stopped working last week with the PATS fuse #28 blew and it would not turn over. After finding that problem, the engine turned over but the fuel pump is not turning on.
I found a post describing bypassing the FPCM and doing this I was able to start my truck.
So I got a new FPCM and connected it and nothing changed. Also the fuel gauge goes from E with no key to below E when the ignition it turned to run.
Pretty sure I have gas, but to be safe I put 4 gallons in.

Any help would be appreciated

Check the reset switch by the passenger side kick panel. There's a switch there that can trip, disabling the fuel pump. It's there to detect when the truck rools due to an accident, but some folks have reported here that this switch has tripped for "other" reasons.
