Correct leveling puck size ?
What seems to be the correct size for leveling without going too high in the front causing a reverse rake? 1.5", 2", 2.5" ?

2.5" depending on what truck you have.

2.5” will level 04-05 4wd trucks. 2” will level 06-08 4wd trucks. Also, you need some bigger wheels and tires with those giant flares.

Probably like me, can't do it all at once. Interesting that the 04-05 are different, my 05 had a 2.5 until I just changed over to Rancho Quick lifts.

Are you trying to hide rust or something? You need bigger wheels/tires. That does look silly

I would do 2”
2.5” put me a half in higher on the front than the back.
