AHHHHHH!
Look at all the COPs and all the wires. Last month I was having a misfire, the code said its was cylinder 6 coil. After I replaced that coil and it didn't fix the problem I found that cylinder 3 coil was barely unplugged. For some reason it said cylinder 6 when it was actually cylinder 3.

So you are still having problems with the same cylinder after moving coils around and replacing plugs? It's time to look at fuel then. Swap the injectors around and see if the affected cylinder moves. If it does, you found your problem. If it doesn't, it's time to perform a compression test.

Then there is a wiring harness or PCM problem. Reset the PCM by disconnecting the battery and press the brake pedal.
