My truck is pretty low on coolant, I don't want to do a whole drain and flush. I just want to top it off, is there a special fluid for the 2005 5.4? or can I just dump some stuff in, the tank in the corner says the fluid is about two inches below cold fill range.

Any Gold/Yellow 50/50 mix will work just fine. You local autoparts store, or even WalMart will have a "universal" jug you can buy. Just make sure it is yellow/gold and not orange.

ALSO...its a good idea to give the new bottle a shake before you open it. Never know how long its been sitting on the shelf. Just in case it "goobered" up in a few spots.
