Wet okole seat covers have really bitchen holsters. Not sure if you're looking to go that route but its really nice placement and the seat covers are amazing quality. Worth every penny. Check them out.

i have this seat cover
http://www.smittybilt.com/product/index/53.htm

it says jeep only, but it fits the bucket seats on my FX4.
With the MOLLE webbing all over the thing. The places to mount a holster are endless. Ill take a pic of my truck with the cover today on lunch.

i have an 05 stx 4x4, and although not the most secure, in the near 6 yrs ive had my truck, i have never once had the weapon slide/move/or fall out. i keep it under the folding middle console seat, handle forward, muzzle to rear, and cover it with a ball cap. its completely legal in Texas. then it just goes IWB, or in a pocket when i get out.

Why not just under the seat, should be easy to get at.
