Go to your local part store. Here we have autozone and advanced auto parts. They will scan your truck for free and tell u which one u need.

Idle's rough, and randomly starts "chugging like a tractor" 1-2 times a day n seems like it does it alot when I put it in reverse but I does it in drive to just not as much, and when it starts to do this I normally can just rev it and it will stop

Sounds to me like your spark plugs. Spark plugs don't throw a code. Coil packs def do. I think your issue is spark plugs not coil packs.

I just replaced them with double platinum at 50k and it only has 52k on it now but they would mess up 24/7 not every now n then right?

In my experience once a coil packs goes its gone. It won't come and go. A coil pack will throw a code. Hmm....I'm no mechanic either I'm just going off my experiences.

Same thing happened to me. Took it in to have it checked out and they told me some spark plugs were bad, had them changed and it still jerked hard. Took it back they said 99% sure a tune up would help meaning all new coil packs and and all new plugs, done that and was 100% worse than when i dropped it off.

Took it to a ford tech and come to find out they used bad coil packs that were brand new. Replaced some new with the old and wala.

Good luck man i know it can be a PITA.
