Default Headlight upgrades

I'm looking to upgrade my headlights... I have seen regular halogen replacements from Sylvania that claim ultra high performance. I have also seen these HID conversion kits.. now these are confusing. I see prices from 50 too 500 dollars and I have no idea where to begin with HID conversions. Does anybody have any experience in trying lighting upgrades...

I have a 2008 F150 XLT Screw

Halogen bulbs don't compare to HID lights. This is where I got my HID kits: http://www.ddmtuning.com/

Did you also change out your headlight style to a projector style instead of the factory housing made for the halogen bulb?

Nope, still have the factory housings. Works just fine. Glare to oncoming motorists really isn't that bad.

Headlights are H13 Hi/Lo. Fog lights are H10. I got the Slim Ballast 35 watt kits.

Just buy the kit and that's all you need. Here's the instructions from their website, they even use a F150. https://www.ddmtuning.com/support/in...id=102&nav=0,1

Only thing they don't show is the ground connections that you have to hook up but it is easy since they are on the fenders. If you'd like I can make a video tomorrow showing my install.

I grab the ground from the upper headlight bolt the one in the fender and works fine.
