Default Clicking in the gas peedal

I just swaped out my stock intake for a 77 K&N and put on my Magnaflow cat-back. I noticed the other day while putting through the parking lot, my gas pedal started clicking when I gently pushed on it. It felt like it was the valve on the TB. There isn't anything interfearing with the valve. I reset the computer? I don't know what it is. It doesn't do it when it is Neutral and I press the gas. Just when its in gear. Any ideas I'm stumped. 5.4L
