When I accelerate after I'm already moving I get this grinding from the front end only when I accelerate though once I let off it goes away and it's only in 2wd it goes away with 4wd. I've replaced the iwe solenoid 3 times so far and two check valves. The actuator on the drivers side is brand new and that's where it sounds like it's coming from. I know it's a loss of vacuum somewhere. Is there something I'm missing here? Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks for any responses In advance

On my 2005 I had to replace both actuators, both hubs, the vacuum lines and I changed the iwe solenoid with the updated one just to be safe.
After removing the actuator and hub from the driver side I found the vacuum line split on the back side. I blame this on the "professionals" that installed the lift and didn't put any lines back the way they should be put in.
The new vacuum lines cost me $98 from my local ford dealer. They had to order it but it was there next day.
Check the vacuum lines multiple times.
I spent about an hour looking at the lines and still missed it until I pulled everything apart.

A vacuum pump/gauge will help. Along with checking the lines, check the vacuum reservoir behind the battery. If it's leaking, you'll have issues like you're experiencing.
