Changed vct solenoids at 151k engine tick went away

ok. . .i got my truck back to normal. it turned out to be the VCT solenoid of the drivers side. it is titled as a 2007, but the solenoid came out like an ealier version, thru the valve cover. process of elimination lead me to the VCT. if that didn't solve the issue, i was looking at going into the timing cover.
