Default Changed TPS, Now truck won't start. HELP!

I just changed my failing tps and as soon as I tried to turn the engine over I heard one click then lost all power. There is still enough power to make my security light blink on the dash but thats it.

Also, there is a repetitive clicking sound coming from what sounds like in the back wall of the truck behind the drivers seat. I don't know if that is related or if it is just a switch or relay clicking from the little bit of power coming in. Like I said I do not know if this is related.

I think I may have somehow blown a fuse or something but I have no idea which one. Any ideas? The truck is an 06 super cab fx4 5.4L with about 110k miles.

Try unhooking battery for a few minutes, then reconnect and try again.

It turned out to be a bad battery connection. Sometimes the answer is so obvious you overlook it.
