Change odometer from MI to Km

Hello everybody,

How can I change the odometer reading display from Miles to KM on the 05 F150 without the message center?

i do believe you have to swap the cluster, i don't think they had the capability back then to switch between units. at the very least you will have to go to a dealer

Thanks for the info, if I can remember correctly, the instruction manual states that the man should contact the dealer for changing from Mi to km, so it should be possible, I live in Europe and have no way to visit the dealer with the car.
