Default Centric brake rotors - So f**ing confused!

You guys talked me into it. I'm ordering Centric High Carbon brake rotors and Hawk LTS pads.

2004 F150 Lariat SuperCrew 4WD - 6 Lug Wheels. (New Body Style) (Built March 2004)
I'm reading about a "Conversion Kit" from Centric that people need to purchase FIRST. I'm worried that I jumped the gun and only ordered the "After Upgrade" rotors. Exact Part number from RockAuto - 125.65100

I pulled up my Year/Make/Model on Centric's Rotor Catalog, and there's no 125 series rotors listed - AT ALL.

What's going on here?
Did I screw up?

The conversion kit is for those of us that are rwd, you should just need the rotors.

the conversion kit is for 2wd trucks. On a 2wd truck. the hub and the rotor are integrated instead of being separate. This makes rotors for 2wd trucks more expensive. Thus, there is a conversion kit sold by Centric that includes a stand alone hub assembly. After you install this kit, 2wd trucks will be able to use regular 4wd rotors, instead of having to buy the hub/rotor assembly every time the brakes are replaced.

Can someone post a link to the conversion kit, please. I wonder if it's just a set of 4wd hubs or 03+ Expedition hubs? For whatever reason Ford put hub centric rotors on 2wd and 4wd 03+ Expeditions, but not the F150s. Thanks Ford.

The upgrade kit for the 2004 F-150 is...
6-Lug - 120.65128
7-Lug - 120.65129

The OEM style replacement for the same 2004 F-150 is...
6-Lug - 121.65098
7-Lug - 121.65099

I just installed the HAWK kit for F150.. Premium Drilled and slotted rotors and a set of LTS pads.. pretty damn nice, and the price was great too. Excellent stopping power. Had EBC rotors and Hawk pads prior. Just to let you know if you wanted to go another route.
