CB/PA wiring install?

Not a PA but the same concept. I have trailer wire running in from the battery (provides positive and negative in for the siren and positive and negative back out for the speaker), through a grommet on the passenger side, behind the glovebox, and behind the radio. Cup holder still works. Speaker in the lower front grill drivers side that I've painted black to make it a little less noticeable.

Here ya go. There's my mounts and how the wires are ran. They're all under the step plates so you can't see them. And the other wires you can only see the one from the cb that goes up through the hood. You can see the pa speaker right now but i got a billet bumper grille so it'll hide it. The pa is mounted by zip ties in the brace under the radiator by the mountin bracket that's on the speaker

This is what I'm looking to do too. I plan on only using the cb for offroadin with friends and the pa for the same reason. I like how simple the cig lighter plug in makes it so I'll probably go that route instead of hooking it to the battery

I got mine at radioshack, it was like 5 dollars I think. I'm not sure what kind of head unit you are looking for but if you get a cheaper one (like mine) it is vital that you have it as well as the antenna tuned. My brother has an identicle setup and we couldn't talk to eachother more than 100 feet away without them tuned. I would also recommend buying a nicer co-ax cable because I got the cheapest one I could find and it was faulty so I had to spend more money to get a working one ha.

Tim126--Under the threshold (right where your coax exits) there is a rubber grommet. If you remove the grommet you should be able to run your coax through there even if the coax has the connector instead of out the door.
