You must complete a full drive cycle for the p1000 to clear. This includes the Misfire Monitoring for the Mode 6 data.

In order to complete MISMON Requirements, you have to go from 60mph down to 40mph 3 times without pushing the brakes or throttle during the same drive cycle.

The p1000 doesn't matter as far as you thinking there may be a problem because of it. It is simply letting you know all of the Monitoring requirements for Mode 6 data and drive cycle completion have not been met. If you reset the pcm, its automatically gonna throw you a p1000 due to the reasons stated above.

Hope this helps.

I dont really understand the short hand typing. Please be descriptive and clear when communicating so that everyone understands what your issue is.

It makes it much easier to help.

Also, not understanding the 85% of drive cycle completion? If it's not 100, the p1000 will not clear.
