Can't wrap my head around this backspacing and offset thing!
Hey guys. I have spent hours on forums and sorting through post on this site regarding tires and wheels. I can not figure it out for the life of me! Here is what I have come up with so far according to the tire fitment guide. Could you guys let me know if there will be any problems?
2007 F150 XLT 4X4 5.4L with 2.5 inch leveling kit
I want to run 35x12.5 BF Goodrich KM2s on Eagle Alloy Wheels. They are 17x9 with 4.625 inch backspace and -8.00 mm offset.
Will there be any rubbing issues or anything? The tire fitment guide does't address backspacing.
If those are an issue, i'd like to get Pro Comp Wheels instead. Those are 17x9 with 4.75 inch backspace and -6.00 mm offset.
I really appreciate all of the help. This is something I couldn't seem to grasp and i'm afraid to spend all the money and having a rubbing issue. Thanks again!
