Ordered all new coils, plugs, HBS leveling kit, and lift shocks today. So should all be here Wednesday and ill start installing it all. Here's where it stands now.

I have a 2012 f150 with a 6" rough country lift but I upgraded the front struts to 6" ones so it wouldn't have the spacers on them, but rough country is saying that the kit will not work at 8" unless I change the brackets for the sway bar and drop down the differential more.... so I am wondering is it possible to add 2" body lift just to the front of the truck to level out with the rear end? I didn't know at the time my truck has an add-a-leaf in the rear

Yes, it's possible but quite risky. My suggestion is you need to buy a new 6" leveling kit instead of adding 2" kit on 4". If you are using only one leveling kit on your car, then this is good for your car and its alignment.
