Default Can Bilstein 5100's be combined with shock extenders or the like?

I know the rear 5100's state they can only be used with 1" of lift, but what various forms of lift will work with the front? I know 3" is pushing it as far as suspension goes and I just installed these Bilsteins and I'd like to keep them. They're set at the highest setting up front. I like the change, but at the same time I want my truck a little higher/more aggressive. I may end up with 4" lift so suggestions there would be welcome also, but if I can keep what I've got somehow that'd be great.
Help

Yes, sorry it was late when I wrote this one. It's an '04 SCREW Lariat 2wd. I'm probably under two inches of actual lift, but I haven't broken out the tape measure. It looked good and that's what I was after, but obviously I caught the fever and want to lift it more. Ha

Being it's a 2WD you could do a 1" spacer on top of the coilover and not have to worry about the CV shaft angle...just watch your ball joints and tie rod ends.

I've since seen some setups I like that wouldn't require an entire kit. Someone on here had 2.5" lift on front and rear blocks, don't remember the size, and they had 35" tires and it gave the aggressive look I was going for! That would be ideal to not have to redo what I've done
