I've always called them caps personally, but I'll go along with it

Think about this for longer than the 3 seconds it took to type that post... Hopefully afterwards you'll realize how little sense it makes. This post is made, by at least a couple people, anytime the subject of truck caps comes up. I'm still torn between whether your type is just the kind of person that likes to bash things they don't personally like, or that you're actually somehow ignorant to the extremely huge difference between an SUV and a pickup truck with a cap over the bed.

Why? Not sure if you're trying to be a wise guy... Truck with a canopy is a lot more versatile. I take off the top in the summers and throw my dirt bike back there so can't do that with a Expedition. Also, the cab can seat 6 and be kept clean away from the dirty smelly stuff I keep in the bed. Do you want me to post pictures of my truck with the canopy off? Will that make me seem more manly?...geeez Thanks man. I don't off-road as much these days, just unpaved trails to my favorite fishing spots. You'll enjoy a canopy when you get one. I recommend Snugtop.

im sorry for the misunderstanding on your thread. I meant no disrespect. The toppers look great and so do the trucks. I am a little bit jealous though.

ill thank ftruck150 for keepin me in line. I MEAN ABSOLUTELY NO DISRESPECT! I like it! I own an f150 that I will give to my son in 6 years IF I can let her go. Love my truck! Not being wise at all. I can't like expeditions too? I posted here because I'm interested In Real experience from fellow f150 owners...not a website that says "buy me now".
Back to the subject about a canopy, I really did use to hate the look until we had kids and we needed more storage space when we traveled. We can pack more, it's secured and everything stays dry. I do take it off in the summers but it's a pain in the **** to do, so damn heavy!
