Default Camber after leveling kit

Hello, I’m not new to this website but I finally decided to make an account so hopefully someone will be able to answer to answer my questions.
I have a 2006 F150 4.6l 2wd STX, I leveled it with a KSP 2-4 UAC and a 2.5 inch puck. I also have already gotten SPC camber caster bolts. I can still tell that I have positive camber, more one the passenger than the driver.
Now someone else with basically the same truck (his is a 5.4 and I think a XLT), he has the same thing but a 3 inch puck and doesn’t seem to have the same camber issues. For the most part I’ve seen people say to go down in size, but would I be better off going up closer to 3 or 4 inches of lift or move down to a 0-2 inch level UAC or say 2 inch leveling struts. The ideas of dropping the mounting points down or longer LCAs like the raptor ones are out of the question, mainly because it involved cutting the frame or I’d be replacing the entire front end. I’ve considered 09-14 lift spindles (the only 04-08 are from dirt king and $1200, a little outside what I’d like to spend at this point) but I would be shelling a lot out on the break components, and wheel bearings, plus I’m not even sure the abs plugs would match.
Honestly I’m out of options and I’d like to not continue to destroy tires or have to put a 4 inch lift kit on it when that’s not what I wanted in the first place.

need to add another poll option:

’ditch the level and return to stock’

Are the control arm mounting points different on a 4wd? I’m 100% sure his is 2wd as well, so would going up to a 3 inch like him force the upper to pull the top of the knuckle in more?

so it’s 2 inches the rough max for 2wd? If so what 2 inch leveling shocks do you recommend?

I mean more in the way of struts or spacers, obviously they make 4, 6, and probably larger for 2wd trucks, but without putting thousands into a lift kit when I really just want it level
