Caliper Swap / Brake Bleed
So out of all the stuff i have done to cars over the years i have never changed a caliper or bled brake lines. so i need this done this weekend on my truck. here is a link to the instructions which seem pretty damn easy enough.

my question is this. should i bleed lines first, then do caliper swap and bleed a little more to make sure air didn't get in when removing line to swap calipers?
or
should i just swap calipers first, hook everything back up then bleed the line?

Just swap the caliper out. No sense in bleeding twice.
This would be a good opportunity to use a turkey baster to remove all the old fluid from the reservoir, refill with fresh fluid, and bleed until you dont see any dark fluid coming out.
Be sure to have plenty of fluid. I was really surprised with the amount of fluid you blow through changing one caliper. Be sure to continually check your reservoir while bleeding to be sure it doesn't run out and start sucking in air.
