20" fits nicely. I'm in the process of mounting one now, only problem is the one that showed up is defective.

is 20 the biggest that can fit in there? or can you squeeze any bigger one in there to eliminate having gaps on the sides?

I'd be interested in knowing as well! Having a hard time deciding if I want an led bar there or a bull bar with an led bar on it

Looks good.

The 04-05 bumpers have a larger opening than the 06-08, so one longer than 20" could probably fit.

Even on my 08 I could probably squeeze a 30 incher, so I would imagine you could easily do it with the early models.

I've got a 20" in my 2005 as well

I've seen a few pics of guys that have put a 30 incher or something similar in there, but i believe they had to notch the frame or something. 20" mounts right to the metal behind the opening.

I wonder how a light bar would look on a bull bar? I haven't seen any pics.
