Default 2008 F150 shudder

I have a 2008 f150 with the 5.4 3 valve, i have 98 thoasand miles on it and recently I noticed on the highway mostly speeds over 75 when I let off the thottle it shakes or shutters a little bit, seems the faster I go the worst it does it. I just replaced the spark plugs AND ignition coils, seems not as bad but still does it. Even with the overdrive off it still does it. Any ideas??

Did you replace the boots when you changed plugs?

as for boots do you mean the coils? Cause i thought all that went on top of the spark plugs was the coils.

No. The boots are the rubber piece containing the spring that connects the coil (COP) to the plug. As they age, they can deteriorate, and this can lead to misfires. They're cheap insurance when you replace the plugs. I replaced both the boot and spring with the plug.
Edit: Brown boots are for 08+ with the revised cylinder heads.

The shudder could still be misfires. Often times you can feel misfires, but they don't reach the threshold to trigger the Check Engine light. To find the misfire source more easily, you're going to need the help of a diagnostic tool like the Torque app (android) or Dash Command (iOs). They are used in conjunction with your smartphone and a Bluetooth or wifi OBDII connection device. Other options would be more expensive dedicated tools. Hopefully, smarter guys than me will weigh in here.
Edit: I'm not 100% certain you can see misfires on the Dash Command app.

Yeah i wouldn't say it so bad that it seems like it will tear the truck apart but i can defiantly feel it, and it seems like its at its worst around 80mph. I can get it to do it a little bit around 40-50 which from most of what I read that is the most common speeds.
