Default Brake pad suggestions

Gonna change out my brake pads (man Ford has terrible brake pads with tons of brake dust) and looking for good replacements. Also, what is a good product (cheap) to clean my rims!!! The back of them are CAKED in brake dust now.....

I don't know for sure but I've heard hawk has some good brake pads. And much less bake dust as well

Are those any good? And if I change to these pads should I replace the rotor even if it is ok? Still looking for a solid rim cleaner

I was thinking about those, and I think there are some good comments both on this site and on autoanything about the Hawk LTS pads.

As far as cleaning them, I would also like to to get the rear of the rims clean. From what I can tell, the cleaner that I use can get them clean if I am willing to let them soak. I use the
Eagle One Wheel & Tire cleaner Eagle One Wheel & Tire cleaner
. I need to try to see if it works since I am getting new tires this week but in theory, it should work.

Man isn't that the truth! I picked up a '04 with only 13K on it so I know that pads are good... but they dust out the rims something fierce!!!

Has anyone tried the Adaptec One pads from Napa? I ran a full set of those on my old '01 Exploder Sport and had good luck with them.
