If you let every one know the details of your purchase, and what you think you might be looking to do to it. members might be able to help you out.

Example: 2008 F150 xlt screw, 4x4, 5.4l etc.

Pics are a big hit in the forums as well.

Lightbulb Just bought mine too

I was tempted to put some $$$ into my '08 stx 4.6 scab.
With some help I found that basic things like cleaning the maf,
new air filter, running higher octane gas.
I did add a tonneau cover for the bed.
Doing the basics will give me an idea of what I have.

I would really like to put on dual exhaust just for the sound

Wait until you have an idea of what you want YOUR truck to be.

running higher octane fuel without a tune is a waste of money. it will do absolutley nothing performance wise.

the octane rating of gasoline tells you how much the fuel can be compressed before it spontaneously ignites.
