I am guessing this is one of the wiring harnesses he removed during the removal of the transmission for the flywheel replacement

Have no clue what that is ... but, if you are popping fuse 102 you have a short to ground... meaning a wire touching the metal or another wire going to ground. something chaffed or pinched...and if a new starter solved this problem for a few days ..I would start looking there. I still don't know why you are not making this dude that you paid good money too...Fix it !!
