blowing fuse 102
I recently had the fly wheel and starter changed on my 05 xlt with the 5.4. when I went to pick it up the ignition switch fuse 102 blew twice. the mechanic said to come back. a few hours later he called me to come pick it back up. now I since then I have lost all but the highest setting on my blower fan(heater/ac) my 4x4 wont work( no-light or anything) and I got a check engine light with an obd code of p2227. then all of a sudden the fuse 102 started to blow again. He said change the starter again which I did myself due the truck not being able to move out of my driveway. It seemed this fixed the problem of it starting at least for a few days. this morning I went out and it started blowing fuses again, after pulling the blower fuse, trailer brake assist, 4x4 relay, and I believe the 107 fuses to replace 102 it finally cranks. I know he removed some wiring harnesses and an O2 sensor when he had to drop the transmission to change the flywheel could it be pinched wire or something.

Why are you trying to fix something he should be fixing... take it back to him.. make him come get it !

yeah I am out of repair money now that, I have spent almost a 1000 on this issue and just spent over 2300 to have the front end replaced and new struts and shocks. so I want to ensure it is something he is responsible for.

If it didn't do it before he worked on it I'd be making him fix it!

looking over the schematic, it looks like it could be a few things but one that would connect the starting issue and 4wd would be the dtr. anyone have any experience with the dtr blowing fuses or should I start with ignition switch and work out to the starter relay?
