Default Blower resistor??

I've see lots of post talking about this. I can't get any of the fan settings to work except I guess 1. When I turn on AC or Heat, I can feel air come out of vents and I hear blower motor kick on under dash. When I change fan switch to different settings, nothing. Any help and info? Thanks!!

If you pull the glove box there's a module held in by 2 screws. That's the blower motor resistor pack.

This. It's not hard. Just an awkward angle.

There is a video on YouTube on how to do this
It looks simple as pie. One guy replied it only took him 10 minutes to do
I bought my truck two years ago and the first position has never worked
My second position on the fan just died yesterday so it's time for me to perform this maintenance also
I'm going to head over to AutoZone today to try to pick up a resistor

Took me longer than ten minutes but my fingers were too damn fat to squeeze in there easily.

Piece of cake to do. Cost me 38 CDN I believe and 10 minutes to do. I only had the third and the fourth fan settings working which was too noisy and too much.

I just replaced the resistor and its still not working properly. Air comes out vents and blower motor sounds like its working. Could it be something with the blower motor itself??
