Default Blocks

I have my 06 F150, it is 4x4 and the rear blocks are two stacked on top of eachother, now my friend told me that it could be dangerous, is this true?

it is dangerous. i would take the smaller one out. what sizes are the blocks??

Its a 2 inch on a 2.5 inch, I bought it with it. I haven't had problems my friend just told me about it. I've taken it to the desert and nothing is wrong.
