Had my dealer find mine
I have a 06 5.4L with the factory block heater. I couldn't find mine either, so when I was at the dealer, they pulled it out for me and stuck it in the front bumper. They told me the factory hides them on the frame rails so they won't get damaged in transit. Mine works great, so you'll love it.
Most all dealers in MI, WI, & MN order block heaters standard on the trucks they order for stock.
