Blew a New Fuse

Blew a New Fuse
I tried to get new keys programmed for our 2004 F-150 Lariat, but their machine didn't get any power. They told me that I probably needed a new fuse. I found which one it was (position #41, 20amp mini fuse) and it was blown. I got new fuses to replace it. When I put a new fuse in, it sparked. I checked and it was blown too. I don't want to keep blowing new fuses so does anyone have any suggestions on what might be wrong?
Thank you!

There is a short somewhere in the line. You will have to check to make sure that the wire did not become disconnected at the sensor by/in the ignition. Also check the casing of the wire back to the fuse block to ensure an area has not worn through and is grounding on a piece of metal somewhere. There is also a possibility, but IMO slim, that the issue could be with the sensor itself.
