Blank Canvas New Tires and Wheel Combo
6 Attachment(s)
Alright, so, I got this truck and am looking for a good tire and wheel combo
It does front leveling spacers and some sort of lift in the rear. Ive got it narrowed down pretty well but want some opinions. Im open to any suggestions. Tire#1 Cooper STT Pro 295/70/17 Tire#2 Nitto Ridge Grappler 305/70/17 Wheel #1 Ballistic Jester 17X9 -12mm offset machined Wheel #2 Ion Alloy 187 17X9 -12mm offset machined Wheel #3 Red dirt road thunder 17X9 -12mm offset machined Is that the right backspacing I figured I need 4.5-5 inches of backspacing for 12-12.25 inch wide tires |
2 good tire choices .. don't care for any of the wheels. Good luck

Its not a brand thing.. not into that style.. but, it's your truck buddy. If you think those look good go for it.

6" rough country and I swapped the rear shackles on the springs to give me a little lift. It's more level now cause I just put new struts on the front.

What backspacing is on them wheels? Do you have a pic of how far they stick out of fender well? Or Atleast an idea of how far they stick out. |

I'm not sure, when I bought them 8 years ago I remember they were 17"x9" but idk about the backspacing. That's one thing I've never really paid attention to, just bought them and stuckem on. Is it measured from the inner rim to the outside lip (axle side) ?

Cool! I hope all goes well.
I ordered wheels and tires for my 10th gen and didnt notice the +18 offset and had to find spacers on CL to get em installed. That was a frustrating day i tell you. Make sure you post pics aftetwards. |

I say whites in. Only bc the wheels are mostly silver. I thought it was weird my old Nitto G2s didnt have a white side.

Like the bushwhackers or just ones like the true edge streets that are only 3.5" tall but 1.75 inches of coverage |
Honestly I had the bushwhackers and they were just too bulky, I'd prefer the original flares that are way smaller but it's all on how you like your tires sticking out
