Default Bilstein struts n shocks question

Originally was looking into Ranchos quick lift kit. Someone recommended Bilstein. After looking through the forum. It seems that Blistein was more popular. The problem now is I can't seem to find the struts for the front of my truck. I have a Ford F-150, FX4, Supercab, 5.4Ltr. I checked 4Wheel Parts web site and only shows shocks only. Do they make struts for my truck? The Ranchos Quicklift kit with pre loaded is now looking for appealing. Any thoughts?

what year is your F-150 FX4.. and there is a big difference between the 2 kits you mention. the Rancho come with coils and strut all in one and the bilstein 5100 is just a strut that will need to be installed in your old coils.

I just installed the bilsteins 5100s at the two inch setting. Put new heavy duty moog coil springs on it too while I was at it. Before that I had factory struts with a two inch spacer. Truck rides better now and the suspension isn't in near the bind. I got the bilsteins for two hundred from four wheel parts and the springs for 65 off of Amazon. Do you happen to have the heritage 04 model? That would look like trucks from 97 to 03.

Thank you. For some reason the 4wheelparts site says it does not fit my truck. But after checking with Bilstein, it is correct. Also learned that the OE spring seat must be transferred to the new one. That what threw me off. Anyways. Thank you again. Looks like they have a deal for a set.
