GA Backwoods

I'm deffentally getting killed at the pump in my 04 F150. What mods can i buy to get better gas millege?
Thinkin possibly tuner or cold air intake, which would be better? On a tight budget

Gotts mod (poor boys cold air intake that works to about 90% of what a bought cold air intake can). Then a tuner for sure.... I jumped 2-3mpg with my sct tuner.... I get 18ish now on 33's strait highway at 70 mph and could prob get a bit more (1mpg) by jumping to 89 octane....

PS: A programmer has more abilities to help out with gas mileage.
