For those of you that have 17" wheels - what size mud tire are you running? I have a 2.5 level and the wheels are 17x8.5

285/70r17s look nice. Its almost a 33" tire but like 11.6" wide instead of 12.5

LT295x70x17 Toyo MT's on 17x9 American Racing wheels...this was on my '04 Lariat 4x4 leveled 2-1/2 inches...great tires and nice size for a leveled 4x4.

Yes...33.5x11.8...they fit great on the '04 Lariat I had.

I'm running a 315/70/17 but on your 2.5 level, you can probably get away with a 295/70/17

I ran these 315x70x17 BFG TA/KO's on 17x8 wheels with 5.5 inches of backspacing and they worked great. Had them on 17x9 wheels with 5 inches of backspacing and they rubbed...the more you stay tucked inside the wheelwells in the front the less rubbing you'll have. I ran these 315's close to 10 yrs ago on my '04 that was leveled.

I had 315/70r17 Mickey Thompson MTZ's on my truck before I wrecked it. Just minor rubbing on inner wheel well liners up front at full lock but other than that they were awesome. Wanting to sell them actually and willing to take offers. let me know if you would be interested.
