Pre-Lift = 19.4 on 90% highway mileage

Post-Lift = 16.9 on 90% highway mileage

Hawaii = 11.9 on 100% stop-n-go mileage

Crap for Milage, I want my 6.0 powerstroke back
A whole heck of a lot more power and 22 MPG's on the HWY cruising at 70+ MPH's with that smoker..............I'm lucky to get in the low teens driving at that speed with my 5.4 gaser. Anything over about 62 and the gas gauge moves faster than the speedo

Just talked to my dad tonight, friend of the family with an '05 5.4 got 21 from the Lehigh Valley, PA to the Carolinas and back and 16-18 stop and go. My dad's '97 5.4 gets around 22-23 with the cruise set at 63 (he is 73 so he doesn't mind going that slow )

17 mpg.

But I was fighting a head wind the whole time. 5 hour trip.

I am sure that if I would have been going to other direction, I would have done ALOT better.

I usually get around 15 - 16 in town. Haven't really taken it on a highway trip to see what i get then.
