I know there has been many questions/debates over this... I have read into it alot, but cant make up my mind.

I want to put dual exhaust on my truck, but dont know to much about it. All I really know is I want the tips to exit behind the tires on both sides and I want something with a nice rumble, but nothing to loud. I drive this truck every day and dont want the noise to be to loud in the cab as to where the rumble starts to be annoying.

I have been looking at 2.5 inch Magnaflows and flowmasters, but just am not sure which set up or model I want to get. Also, I dont want to pay a fortune for the system. Only plan on having this truck for another year or 2 until I get a new F150 or F250.

Does anyone know of any shop in the Metro Detroit area that does good work at reasonable price.... I dont plan on installing the exhaust by myself.

Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated!

I know this comes straight out the back... but I love the sound of my Roush.

yea i agree str8 out the back, flowmaster 40 series si/do muffler sounds great

Thanks for the advice. I think I am going to go with the 40 series flow master si/do.... a lot of people recommend it and it seems to be a safe bet.

magnaflow if you want a nice deep yet not overpowering, not much droning sound in the cab. Love mine SI/DO

+1 on the Magnaflow si/do duals. I put it on my 08 5.4 Screw a couple months back and I love it. Deep aggressive sound, but not too loud for everyday driving. Sounds like a hot rod when you get on it.
