I oringially installed due to 37" tires. Truck performed perfect with that combination, like stock.
With the 35" tires, I feel it's a bit too much. I can spin the tires by just mashing the go pedal.
Towing is fine. Even at idle the truck will start walking away.
For highway driving, towing too, the truck is most comfortable at 65mph and that keeps is right around 2kRPM. But mpg is horrible, about 9mpg when towing my 4000lb boat.
I will easily go over 65mph, heck I can pass people and get it up to 80mph.
But its a screaming witch at that speed and it's not a comfortable ride.
I should have had the 4.10 installed.

Wow, 5 years since I posted.
Walter is still going strong for a 15 year old. He sits in the garage most of the time, since covid, I work from home.
I just hit 105k miles on the odometer recently.
Sold the boat, so it's not doing much towing anymore.
Only the occasional helping family and friends with a random tow.
