My 06 screw 4x4 does the same. I can't feel it shaking by when I look in the mirror I can see it shaking back there. It looks like the one corner of the box is loose but I can lift up on all 4 corners of the box and nothing seems loose. Not sure what this is all about?

My truck does that too. I know that there was a vibration dampener thing they put under the driver's side to stop some bed vibration.
Another thing that happened to my truck was the caliper on the rear passenger side slowly locked up it caused a crazy shudder for a while on the highway and then locked up altoghther.

do you drive on gravel or dirt roads?
if yes clean the rims out with a pressure washer. mine shakes after it rains cause of the clay/gravel/dirt roads I drive on. clean the rims out and its smooth.

If the cab bounces as well as the bed, and your absolutely sure that you do not have one wheel out of balance, then check your suspension. I've had tires that I'd go back for balancing 2 or 3 times, only to get the same bounce at a certain speed. I would change manufacturers (once the tires wore out), and the bounce stopped.
What tire are you running with?
Recently, I had a bounce at 65 to about 73, then it would smooth out. Ended up being a blown strut on the left front; oil on the strut. Changed both front struts, bounce gone.
It can be many things; if the suspension is good, tires balanced, then I'd guess at the brand of tire. Got a friend that would let you swap wheels/tires for a day? That would narrow the field down.
