Exclamation Bed Replacement - HELP!

Hello F-150'ers! I am new to the forum and this is my first post. I'm sure I'm not treading new ground here, but I need the community's help.

The elevator pitch: my Father-in-Law passed away in 2019, and his truck (being driven by someone else, but that's another story ENTIRELY) was recently in an accident where the bed was damaged. I'm looking to get a replacement bed for it and hopefully get it signed over to my wife so she can drive it. I've identified all the other parts we need, but the bed is proving tricky to track down due to the various states of rusty *** occupying my local Pick-n-Pulls. We're in the KC area but I don't know how far out to look. I think a body shop is an option to get one painted, but I'd ideally like to find the correct color matched one to bolt on. I do need the bed length still, so I'll follow back up with that here soon. It is pictured down below if anyone can tell me what it is by sight! lol

We've already removed the bed and I'll be ordering the new hardware and fuel filler neck. It also needs a front fascia piece, but that one seems easier to track down. If a bed presents itself, then great! Otherwise, I'm just looking for a roadmap on how to get this family heirloom truck road ready again. Thank you all!

Truck is a 2005 STX std. cab w/ 4x4, in Red

Put a tape measure to it. It's probably the 6.5ft bed by guessing from the photo.
try looking on car-part.com and search for the year and by zip code and see you might get lucky and find something at a salvage yard in your area... I've had good luck with that site but sometimes there just isn't anything close by in the correct color.
near me there are several in red, but you also need to look closely at the photos and it call the places because sometimes they put the wrong dimensions.

Hey there GiddyGoat, I live in Mama's Family land and the rust does suck. My bed is pretty much gone on the drivers side floor. Most likely you will need to search for non-snow states to find a rust free bed. I myself can't justify the cost of rust free bed on a 17 year old trck. My rokcer pannels are also gone.

Save yourself the $100+ and just use grade 8 bolt for the bed.. The heads are different but most trucks have a bedliner that covers it.

I don't know how you got the bed off without taking the rear bumper off... but putting it back on will be easier if you take it off.
