Barcode on valve cover

Default Barcode on valve cover

I have a barcode on the valve cover of my 2004 F150 and Im trying to translate it and find out what it means. can anyone help? is there a website that I can be directed to to do so? two engines 5.4's one number is
E150D 310703 009901
another
E171A 181104 3230075

More than likely it's just for Ford's inventory tracking system while the vehicle's being produced, AKA no use whatsoever once the vehicle leaves the plant.

I would agree. Since the engines are built at a different location then vehicle assembly, the bar code is more than likey used for tracking in shipment to vehicle assembly plant(s).
