Default bad wheel hubs

I was getting a bad vibration on my left front tire when id turn to the right. I took my wheel and tire off and noticed it was rubbing on the outside of the tire and wearing down faster on the outside. Simple fix, take it to the shop to get an alignment which was just short of 100$. Turns out my hub is all worn out and the alignment i just spent a bill on will not hold due to that. They wanted 240 for one hub plus 170 for labor, luckily i got a hookup and am getting one for 130 . I have an 05' and i just passed the 40,000 mile marker on my truck, this **** shouldnt be going bad already. Has anyone had similar problems?

When I bought my truck I was working at the dealer that I bought it from. It was used so I did my best to try to make it new again, so I changed the brakes and rotors all the way around. A few months back it started to make some popping noise when I turned left now its louder. Come to find out its the right side wheel bearings. I have an appointment on Saturday with the dealer that I bought the truck from so they can warranty all the parts and labor! Lets hope that will fix it

Well I had bought 100,000 mile warranty but since the parts were installed there and the parts were from O'Reilly's the rotor bearing assembly had a lifetime warranty so I pay for nothing!!
