Default Bad CV joint???

My extensive front end problems continue on my 2006 f150 4wd .Recently cracked both front springs and replaced all ball joints and spring/strut assemblies .Along with the hubs/bearing 30000 km ago and just recently a vacuum actuator . Now while in 4wd I am getting a repetitive clunking sound from my front left side as the wheel rotates . Turn 4 wd off and it goes away until I am turning sharply at slow speed I get a clunk as the wheel rotates. Could this be the Cv joint even if i get the sound while it is out of 4wd?

If it's just one side it's most likely the IWE.. if it's clicking while in 4WD it is not venting vacuum or the wheel end is stuck. It could also be the vent line to it is clogged. You need to troubleshoot using a vacuum pump. You may be able to barrow or rent one from your local parts store.

It is coming out of 4wd . The cv shaft becomes completely disengaged when 4wd is turned off? So it makes me believe that nothing is stuck? Could it still be partially in 4wheel?

The CV shaft does not dis-engage.. the IWE does.. Integrated Wheel End.. Vacuum holds it out.. dis-engaged and when you select 4WD it vents the vacuum and allows it to engaged and lock your CV shafts. If it making noise when you select 4WD its not moving to the engaged position for one of 2 reasons.. either the IWE itself is bad or the vent line is clogged not allowing it to release the vacuum that is holding it out.. IE.. a Partial engagement.. you can troubleshoot this like I told you above.. hook the vacuum pump to the IWE it self and see if it moves freely and holds vacuum.. then you can test the line itself to make sure its not blocked.. or you can toss parts at it $$$..

I have yet to get to checking it out being Christmas and all but I recently popped it into 4 wheel drive while going down the road and while the wheel rotates in 4wd the wheel pulls A few inches to the left and then back with every rotation . Also I am here some rattling metal noise while out of 4wd going down the road

Like TR stated you need to troubleshoot the wheel ends and vacuum system before we can help any further. He's got you in the neighborhood of where you need to be looking.

Vacuum system is working properly . New actuators on both wheel ends . I'm guessing the hub assembly is bad?

Cv shafts are not turning so it is not fully stuck in 4 wheel but now I hear metal on metal noise while driving also clunking on cornering . When I do engage 4 wheel it sounds awful and one time the clunking almost brought my truck to a standstill especially while cornering

You may have something going on in the front diff.. I would open it up and inspect.
